8-10 lb shank butt ham (from Safeway is best now $1.99 per lb)
3 cups pineapple juice
2 cups brown sugar
Mix the brown sugar and pineapple juice. Pour over the ham. Bake in 300F oven for 1-1/2 to 2 hours
Baste with the same pineapple juice from the pan every 30 minutes.
Garnish with pineapple slices and cherries
8-10磅火腿
3杯鳳梨汁(罐頭)
2杯紅糖
紅糖和鳳梨汁攪拌均勻淋在火腿,烤箱調至300F烤1-1 / 2到2小時
每30分鐘用剩餘的鳳梨汁淋刷在火腿上,保持火腿的濕潤。
裝盤時可用鳳梨片和櫻桃裝飾。
