Mix butter and egg with mixer. \u7528\u6405\u62cc\u673a\u6405\u62cc\u9ec4\u6cb9\u548c\u9e21\u86cb<br \/>\n2. Add in icing sugar, vanilla mix well. \u6dfb\u52a0\u7cd6\u7c89\uff0c\u9999\u8349\u62cc\u5300<br \/>\n3. Add in flour and salt mix slowly until well incorporate. \u52a0\u5165\u9762\u7c89\u548c\u9e7d\uff0c\u7f13\u6162\u6405\u62cc\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u62cc\u5300<br \/>\n4. Wrap the mixture in film wrap, put in fridge. Till a little harden before shape in the mold.<br \/>\n\u628a\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u5305\u88c5\u5728\u8584\u819c\u5305\u88f9\uff0c\u653e\u5165\u51b0\u7bb1\u3002\u622a\u81f3\u6709\u70b9\u786c\u5316\u540e\u518d\u653e\u5165\u5f62\u72b6\u6a21\u5177<br \/>\n5. After shape in the mold, put back into fridge for 15min before bake.<br \/>\n\u5728\u6a21\u5177\u88f9\u6210\u578b\u540e\uff0c\u653e\u56de\u51b0\u7bb115\u5206\u949f\u540e\u518d\u70e4<br \/>\n6. Bake 350 F for 15 min. \u7528350\u00b0F\u70e415\u5206\u949f<\/p>\n<p>French Pastry cream\u6cd5\u56fd\u5976\u6cb9:<br \/>\n4 egg yolks 4\u4e2a\u86cb\u9ec4<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cup milk 1\u676f\u534a\u725b\u5976<br \/>\n4 tbsp salted butter 4\u6c64\u5319\u54b8\u725b\u6cb9<br \/>\n1\/2 cup sugar \u534a\u676f\u7cd6<br \/>\n1\/4 cup cornstarch 1\/4\u676f\u751f\u7c89<br \/>\n2 tsp vanilla 2\u8336\u5319\u9999\u8349<\/p>\n<p>1.mix egg yolks, add in sugar and mix well. Add in 3 tbsp milk.<br \/>\n\u6df7\u5408\u86cb\u9ec4\uff0c\u52a0\u5165\u767d\u7cd6\u62cc\u5300\u3002\u52a0\u51653\u6c64\u5319\u725b\u5976<br \/>\n2. Put the rest of the milk in microwave for 1 min. Put aside.<br \/>\n\u628a\u5269\u4f59\u7684\u725b\u5976\u5728\u5fae\u6ce2\u70891\u5206\u949f, \u653e\u5728\u4e00\u8fb9<br \/>\n3. Add cornstarch into mixture. Stir well. \u6dfb\u52a0\u7389\u7c73\u6dc0\u7c89\u5230\u6df7\u5408\u7269, \u6405\u62cc\u5747\u5300<br \/>\n4. Slowly pour in hot milk, keep whisking. \u6162\u6162\u5012\u5165\u70ed\u725b\u5976\uff0c\u7ee7\u7eed\u6405\u6253<br \/>\n5. Transfer the mixture into a pot, keep whisking in medium heat.<br \/>\n\u8f6c\u8ba9\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u81f3\u4e00\u9505\u4e2d\uff0c\u5728\u4e2d\u706b\u52a0\u70ed\u4e0b\u7ee7\u7eed\u6405\u6253<br \/>\n6. Turn the heat down when the mixture thicken up. Turn off the heat and lift the pot up when the mixture is thick enough. \u5f53\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u53d8\u7a20\u65f6, \u628a\u70ed\u6e29\u4e0b\u964d; \u5f53\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u591f\u7a20\u540e, \u63d0\u8d77\u9505, \u5173\u706b.<br \/>\n7. Add in vanilla, mix well. \u6dfb\u52a0\u9999\u8349\uff0c\u62cc\u5300<br \/>\n8. Put 4 tbsp butter in a large bowl, pour the thick mixture into it and keep whisking till smooth.<br \/>\n\u628a4\u6c64\u5319\u725b\u6cb9\u653e\u5728\u4e00\u4e2a\u5927\u7897\u91cc\uff0c\u5012\u6d53\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u8fdb\u53bb\uff0c\u5e76\u4fdd\u6301\u6405\u6253\u81f3\u987a\u6ed1\u3002<br \/>\n9.Cover the mixture with film wrap (touch the surface with film wrap to prevent the skin from forming).<br \/>\n\u6df7\u5408\u7269\u7528\u4fdd\u9c9c\u819c\u76d6\u4e0a, \u76f4\u63a5\u89e6\u6478\u8868\u9762\uff0c\u4ee5\u9632\u6b62\u786c\u76ae\u5f62\u6210<br \/>\n10. Keep in the fridge. \u4fdd\u7559\u5728\u51b0\u7bb1<\/p>\n<p>Glaze\u679c\u81a0:<br \/>\n1 can (6 oz) frozen limeade concentrate, thawed 1\u7f50\uff086\u76ce\u53f8\uff09\u89e3\u51cd\u7684\u51b7\u51cd\u6fc3\u7e2e\u840a\u59c6\u6c41<br \/>\n1 tbsp cornstarch 1\u6c64\u5319\u751f\u7c89<br \/>\n1 tbsp fresh lime juice 1\u6c64\u5319\u65b0\u9c9c\u7684\u67e0\u6aac\u6c41<br \/>\n1\/4 cup sugar \u56db\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u676f\u7cd6<\/p>\n<p>Mix all the ingredients, cook over medium heat till clear and thick ( about 2 min).
